The 2026 legislative session ends on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
Education Priorities
Education remains a top priority in the Georgia General Assembly. I have worked with my colleagues to pass key legislation that strengthens our schools, supports teachers, and helps students succeed—measures that are now moving to the Senate. I remain committed to delivering on my promise to support educators, empower parents, and ensure every child has access to a quality education.
Income Tax Relief
I was proud to co-sponsor and support this tax relief bill, continuing my commitment to lower your taxes, promote responsible government, and grow a stronger Georgia economy
Supporting Our Law Enforcement
I was proud to sponsor and carry HB 1128 this session to strengthen support for the men and women who protect our communities. This legislation ensures that law enforcement officers injured in the line of duty receive the support and protections they deserve. Standing behind those who serve is not only good policy—it’s the right thing to do.
